| 1. Quit Netscape Communicator. |
| 2. On your computer
go to "Start" / "Find"/ "Files or Folders" and
click it. |

| 3. A "Find: All
Files" box will appear. Set your "Look
In" window
box to "C". |
| 4. Type in the "Named" window
box "Users". |
| 5. Click on "Find
Now". |
| 6. Select the "Users" folder
which is part of the Netscape application and double click
it. |

| |
| 7. Several Netscape
Profiles will appear which contain "Your name" or "default".
Select and double click the profile name you originally
used to apply for your certificate. |

| 8. Several files will
appear. Select and delete only these files: "cert7.db,
key3.db, secmod.db, and signed000x.db". |

 |
| |
| After completing
this procedure proceed to http://aces.orc.com.
By deleting your .db keys on your PC you are literally starting
over again to apply for a certificate. |

| First establish the chain of trust. |
| |
| 1. Click the "Begin" button to "Accept
the certificate root". |
| 2. Remember to click all three boxes
on Screen 4. |
| 3. On Screen 6 type in "ORC
ACES Root CA" as the nickname. |
| 4. After clicking "Finish" you should
return to the aces.orc.com/ca.html page. |

| Next click the "RA" button to
"Obtain Your Certificate" and after accepting select the appropriate
command on the next page. |
